resist temptation, however, there’s plenty of other
hot and cold butties to choose from as well as wraps.
If you'd rather steer clear of the bread based snack,

special than your run-of-the-mill sandwich shop. Located
on Montpellier Parade, this is probably the
only blues club and Egyptian restaurant in the country.

to some heart-breaking blues or would prefer to dine in
style then this is the place for you. And in terms of
a lunchtime meal why not try the café-style
treats or something from the lunch menu like, falafel,
koshari and mashi, in the ambient and chilled out surroundings.
You could opt to get away from it all during your lunch
time and head to The Retreat [map], Albert Street. This chic and modern lounge bar offers a great selection
of cuisine for every size of appetite. There’s lots
of sandwiches to choose from on the menu including
cheese and red onion mayonnaise with pepper and the firm
Also, for under a fiver at The Retreat you can
also enjoy a baguette or bap with your choice of filling,
plus a big salad and house fries or spicy potato spirals.
